NZ Shipping Charges & Delivery Times

Nationwide

- FREE shipping with all orders over $70

- Standard Nationwide Shipping fee is $7 (Excluding Rural Addresses)

- Shipping to Rural Address Nationwide is $7 + $5 surcharge


*** Rural delivery surcharge $5 on the flat rate shipping cost, this is what we are directly charged by our courier company, therefore pass on charges to our customers.

Delivery Times and Locations

We will ensure to process and deliver all Complete Kids orders as fast as possible!

We use NZ Post for all our freight, and delivery normally takes 1-3 working days once your order has been confirmed. You may experience delays if you live at a rural address.

You will receive a track and trace email once the courier has picked up your parcel from us. Please follow the links to retain more information on the carrier and delivery details.

Should you not receive your item within this time period and you are concerned, please don’t hesitate to contact us at team@completekidsnutrition.co.nz so we can find out why you have not received your goods. Please quote your invoice number and purchase details to speed up this process.

We deliver throughout New Zealand between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday-Friday (No Saturday or Sunday delivery service available)

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Our office will be closed during all public holidays and all orders will be processed on our return.

CHRISTMAS Deliveries: our office is closed on the statuary holidays 25th, 26th December, and the first week of January. If you require our products during this time, we recommend placing your orders 7-10 days before these dates to be safe. 

Rural Deliveries

We prefer not to ship to a rural address and we occur a direct freight charge of $5 from our courier company.

In the first instance  if you have an alternative address we can ship too, then you will save the $5 surcharge!

Complete Kids Nutrition reserve the right to directly pass on any additional rural freight charges we occur from our freight company.

In the instance rural deliveries are processed they may take an extra day or two depending on how far away the location is from an NZ Post Depot.

You can help us by providing the following information;
(a) Recipient’s telephone number
(b) Full delivery details, i.e., '2km up Johnson Road on the left-hand side, house has a red roof and circular driveway'.

Deliveries may be left with a local agent for collection (at a convenient pick-up point such as the local garage—your recipient will be consulted first.

If it can be delivered, we'll do our best to get it there!
